Open the 
Res. Group Availability window.
Shows a summary of resource group capacities. The window is divided into lines showing the following: the entire capacity, the quantity allocated to jobs on order, the quantity available after quotes, the quantity assigned to jobs on quote, and the remaining capacity after all jobs on quote or order.
The Period column contains a series of dates that are determined by the time interval that you select. You change the time interval in the View by field.
When you scroll up and down, the amounts are calculated according to the selected time interval.
The columns in the window display the following.

Period Start | Specifies a series of dates according to the selected time interval. |
Period Name | Specifies the name of the time period. |
Capacity | Specifies the total capacity for the corresponding time period entered in the Resource Group Capacity window. |
Qty on Order | Specifies the amount of measuring units allocated to jobs with the status Order. |
Availability After Orders | Availability After Orders = Capacity --- Qty. on Order |
Job Quotes Allocation | Specifies the amount of measuring units allocated to jobs of the status Quote. |
Net Availability | Net Availability = Capacity - Qty on Order - Job Quotes Allocation |
